Crow Canyon consists of 903 attached and detached homes developed by two primary builders Broadmoor & Warmington. The homes are comprised of 16 different floor plans. 8 attached Fairway Villa Townhouse Floor Plans and 8 detached Garden Manor and Estate Floor Plans:

  • Fairway VillaTownhomesAll Single Story – 2 or 3 bedroom ranging from 1364 to 1619 square feet -total of 556 units. Some of these have been enlarged by 100 to 200 sq ft.
    • Broadmoor Construction; 4 floor plans: St. Andrews is 1,436 sq ft, Pinehurst is 1,364 sq ft, Sea Pines is 1553 sq ft, Augusta is 1539 sq ft
    • Warmington Construction; 4 floor plans: Alder is 1491 sq ft, Cypress is 1496, Laurel is 1,619 sq ft,  Willow is 1,588 sq ft
  • Detached Manor HomesAll Single Story – 239 homes built on 5,000 to 6,000 sq ft zero lot line lots – 3 and 4 bedrooms ranging from 1650 to 2137 square feet – 4 floor plans-  Clearwater is 1,948 sq ft,  Forest Hills is 1,769 sq ft,  Scottsdale is 2,137 sq ft, Wimbledon is 1,650 sq ft
  • Estate Homes – 108 homes on 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft lots; 3 to 5 bedrooms; 1865 to 3000+ square feet – floor plans:  Atherton is 1,865 sq ft , Hillsborough is 2,197 sq ft, Piedmont is 2,660 sq ft, Woodside is 2,880 sq ft.  Some of these have been enlarge by up to 200 sq ft.

What does the Homeowner's Association charge and what does it include:

The Crow Canyon CC Estates Community Association (HOA) maintains 24 hour guarded gate and security patrols, 6 community pools, greenbelts, open space hills, private streets. For the Fairway Villa Townhouses the HOA also includes hazard & earthquake insurance, exterior building and fence paint, common landscaping, roof and gutter repair and replacement. The Townhouses pay $386 per month and the Detached Homes pay $201 per month.

Activities & Amenities within the Community:  The 6 community pools are a great place to cool off and meet friends.  Walking the 2 mile loop within the gates is very enjoyable with mild elevation changes. During your walk you can stop and relax at one of the many small parks throughout the community. There are numerous Association Committees where many homeowners volunteer their time and talents.  The Social Committee organizes pool parties and coffees at different homes throughout the year. There is an annual food drive where you can drop off you donation at the country club entrance.

The Private Crow Canyon Country Club offers three levels of membership – Dining, Athletic, & Golf.  There is a manicured 18 hole golf course, 13 lighted tennis courts, upscale gym, large lap pool, men's & lady's locker rooms with spas and saunas, two gorgeous dining areas – the casual Vintage Grill and the formal upstairs dining rooms where you can enjoy Sunday Bruch, host dinners, parties and other social events.
