The Crow Canyon CC Estates Community Association (HOA) maintains 24 hour guarded gate and security patrols, 6 community pools, greenbelts, open space hills, private streets. For the Fairway Villa Townhouses the HOA also includes hazard & earthquake insurance, exterior building and fence paint, common landscaping, roof and gutter repair and replacement. The Townhouses pay $386 per month and the Detached Homes pay $201 per month.
Activities & Amenities within the Community: The 6 community pools are a great place to cool off and meet friends. There are numerous Association Committees where many homeowners volunteer their time and talents. The Social Committee organizes pool parties and coffees at different homes throughout the year. There is an annual food drive where you can drop off you donation at the country club entrance.
The Private Crow Canyon Country Club offers three levels of membership – Dining, Athletic, & Golf. There is a manicured 18 hole golf course, 13 lighted tennis courts, upscale gym, large lap pool, men's & lady's locker rooms with spas and saunas, two gorgeous dining areas – the casual Vintage Grill and the formal upstairs dining rooms where you can enjoy Sunday Bruch, host dinners, parties and other social events.
